Recovered carbon black

Capital Carbon is Rathi Group's brand for recovered carbon black produced by refining tyre pyrolysis char from selected end-of-life tyre feedstock. It offers customers a practical circular carbon option for selected rubber, polymer, masterbatch and industrial applications.

Available grades

Capital Carbon is available in powder and pelletised forms. Grade selection depends on application, handling, dispersion, formulation and customer evaluation.

Tyre pyrolysis oil

Tyre Pyrolysis Oil is a tyre-derived recovered oil produced through controlled pyrolysis of selected end-of-life tyre feedstock. With bio-circular and circular attributes, it is increasingly being evaluated as an alternative sustainable feedstock for refinery and carbon black value chains, while also serving suitable industrial fuel and process applications.

Plastic Pyrolysis Oil is an emerging circular oil stream produced from selected plastic waste through controlled thermal conversion. Rathi Group is developing this platform to support resource recovery from suitable plastic streams and future circular feedstock applications.

Rathi Group recovers tyre steel wire and prepares metal streams for circular metal value chains, serving selected sponge iron, scrap recycling, melting and metallurgical applications.

Supply Format

Recovered tyre wire is supplied in high-density FIBC bags for clean handling and efficient logistics. Other metal streams may be supplied in loose, bundled, shredded or baled form depending on material type and buyer requirements.
